With QuoVadis Live! quovadislive.com you can be notified whenever a friend of yours is nearby or a geoevent that might be of interest to you happens in a specific area. The notifications are sent as emails to your mailbox and direct messages to your Twitter account if it's connected to your QuoVadis Live! one. That means you can already receive updates as text messages if you're not using an international number (must be a US number only).
